30-Day Returns

• You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Costs

• Returns are at the buyer’s expense, unless the return is due to:

  • Damaged goods

  • Incorrect items sent

  • A fault caused by us

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return cost.

How to Arrange a Return

Before returning any items, you must contact us to arrange the return.

You have two options:

1. Arrange your own return

   • After contacting us, you may organise your own courier.

2. We arrange collection

   • We can arrange collection on your behalf.

   • The cost will be deducted from your refund.

   • Collection for large panels is typically £20 per item.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

• Items have been installed or used

• Items are not in resalable condition

• Items are returned outside the 30-day period
